How to Reach Technical Support:
Metro’s Technical Support hotline is 818-562-1200 ext 2. Our phones are staffed between 9AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday. If you do reach the answering machine please leave a message and a technician will get back with you. You may also email email@example.com which reaches our entire technical support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Service Rates:
On Site support during Normal Business Hours (M-F 9AM to 6PM) is $220 per hour with a one hour minimum plus travel charge ranging from $25 to $75 in the greater Southern California/Southern Nevada area. For after hours and emergency support, the rate is double the rates during NBH.
After Hours Support:
Please call 818-562-1200 ext 2 and leave a complete message with your contact information and a description of your problem. Our phone system will then notify the technician on call that an emergency message is waiting. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org and place the word EMERGENCY in the email title. For after hours and emergency support, the rate is double the rate during NBH.
