Metro provides a number of in house and on site technical support services. Utilizing the latest in remote support software, most problems can be solved by remote control. Metro also stocks a large inventory of replacement parts for those times when hardware fails.
How to Reach Technical Support
Metro’s Technical Support hotline is 818-562-1200 ext 2. Our phones are staffed between 9AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday. If you do reach the answering machine please leave a message and a technician will get back with you. You may also email email@example.com which reaches our entire technical support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After Hours Support
Please call 818-562-1200 ext 2 and leave a complete message with your contact information and a description of your problem. Our phone system will then notify the technician on call that an emergency message is waiting. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org and place the word EMERGENCY in the email title.
Our Service Rates
On Site support during Normal Business Hours (M-F 9AM to 6PM) is $220 per hour with a one hour minimum plus travel charge ranging from $25 to $75 in the greater Southern California/Southern Nevada area. For after hours and emergency support, the rate is double the rates during NBH.
Remote support/telephone/bench technical support during NBH is $220 per hour and is billed in 15 minute increments with a 15 minute minimum. For after hours and emergency support, the rate is double the rate during NBH.
In addition to fixed annual maintenance agreements, Metro offers Hourly Service Packs which offer discounted packs of service hours. In addition to reduced hourly service rates, our HSP’s feature reduced travel charges and are usable for up to two years.
